change location of control port in munin graphs, now that
/usr/share/tor/tor-service-defaults-torrc exists and contains:

CookieAuthentication 1
CookieAuthFileGroupReadable 1
CookieAuthFile /var/run/tor/control.authcookie
manifests/munin.pp diff | blob | history
