Make 'myorigin' customizable

Not all sites use their fqdn as the 'myorigin' value. The new
$postfix_myorigin variable makes it possible to specify a custom value
for this option.

When no values are specified, keep the default behaviour of using $fqdn
as the value for myorigin.
