Refs #1411. Added elgg_get_entities_from_annotation_calculation(). Deprecated get_entities_from_annotations_count() and get_entities_from_annotation_calculate_x(). elgg_get_entities_from_annotations() now runs through egef_metadata() for backward compatibility support.
